Mr. Ralph Williams Ellis

Ralph W. Ellis has practiced law in the Atlanta area since 1992. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Mercer Law School. In 1991, he was a clerk for the Honorable Norman S. Fletcher of the Georgia Supreme Court. After practicing law with several insurance defense firms, he became an in-house attorney with Travelers Insurance Company where he specialized primarily in defending workers' compensation claims. He joined the Georgia Attorney General's Office in 1997 and was appointed to be the first Practice Group Leader of the workers' compensation section. He has exclusively represented individuals in social security disability, workers' compensation, and personal injury claims since 2009 after twelve years with the Attorney General's Office. He has the highest rating of AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named as a Super Lawyer and featured in Atlanta magazine every year since 2015.
