Judge Rob Leonard is the longest-serving active judge on the Cobb Superior Court bench. He has served as the circuit's Chief Judge and helped the entire judicial branch navigate the COVID pandemic through his teaching virtual court to both the bench and bar. He proudly presides over the Cobb County Veterans Accountability and Treatment Court, which has been recognized as a model court by the State of Georgia. He has been appointed by two different Governors and subsequently elected four times. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Kentucky. He is married to a family law attorney, Katie Leonard.
