ROBERT D. WILDSTEIN

Robert Wildstein is a partner with the law firm of Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C., and was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1983. Robert earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Northwestern University, his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia, and his Master of Laws degree in Litigation from Emory University.

Robert’s areas of practice include post judgment collections, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, commercial leasing, commercial transactions, and organizational governance. Robert serves as a speaker at CLE seminars for the State Bar of Georgia, National Business Institute, Sterling Education Services, and Lorman Education Services on numerous topics which include post judgment collection, commercial leasing and evidence.

Robert is a co-author of Stuart Finestone’s authoritative book on Georgia Post Judgment Collections. Robert has also been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America, Best Lawyers (2021-2022),  Georgia Super Lawyer, Atlanta Magazine, 2006-2023, as well as a Georgia Top 100 Super Lawyer in 2024 and one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite” for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
