Samina is Senior Counsel for Sustainability at HP Inc. She advises the company on climate change, human rights, and related governance matters. In her role, she advises the company on business strategy to address investor and consumer demand, compliance with existing and emerging laws in the ESG space, and navigating reputational and legal risk. She was previously Director, Global Emissions Counsel at Cummins Inc. and developed her practice at DOJ and in law firms with a focus on internal investigations. Samina is a board member for the non-profit Lookfar Conservation and a member of the Advisory Council for American University Washington College of Law on energy and environmental law.
