Stephen McCullers is a Partner with Morris, Manning & Martin’s environmental group.  Stephen focuses his practice on the environmental remediation and brownfield redevelopment of environmentally impacted properties. Stephen represents developers and lenders on complex environmental issues associated with the acquisition, remediation, development, and financing of environmentally challenging properties. Stephen also has extensive experience advising and representing clients regarding environmental compliance issues related to hazardous waste management, wetlands and stream buffer permitting, air emissions permitting, and health and safety matters.  Prior to obtaining his law license, Stephen worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Natural Resources Specialist where he managed federally-owned natural resources and issued Regional Permits under the Clean Water Act.
