Ms. Susan Durham McNamara

Susan McNamara has over 20 years of legal and title industry experience, both in transactions and real estate litigation. Prior to joining First American Title, Susan was a partner in a full-service law ?rm, where her practice included the negotiation and closing of complex real estate transactions. She also served as outside claims counsel where she handled title insurance claims, assisted in coverage decisions under title insurance policies, and prosecuted indemnity claims. Susan is State Counsel in First American’s Georgia Agency Office, and also serves as a mentor in the Company’s Underwriting Bridge program.

Susan graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and received her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law.
