Ms. Tania Rachel Tuttle

Tania R. Tuttle represents diverse clients throughout Georgia and Tennessee in litigation, arbitration and negotiation of contract disputes regarding residential and commercial real estate, including those arising out of insurance contracts, title and real estate development. Ms. Tuttle is seen as an expert in complex title litigation as well as civil and commercial contract disputes and insurance liability defense.


Ms. Tuttle graduated from Tulane University and graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  She is a former prosecutor and gained extensive trial and court experience in her prior practice.


Ms. Tuttle speaks regularly at both a State and National level on real estate, title law and trial practice. She is active in the Georgia State Bar, having been the Chair of the Young Lawyers Division High School Mock Trial Committee and a graduate of the YLD Leadership Academy. She is also a Vice-Chair on the Title Insurance Litigation Committee for the Tort Trial and Insurance Section of the American Bar Association. Ms. Tuttle is very active in her local community and is a Board member of the Housing Initiative of North Fulton, Inc. (“Homestretch”) and is the Chair of HomeStretch’s Annual Peachtree Tea and Silent Auction.


As a member of the state bars of Georgia and Tennessee, Ms. Tuttle is admitted to practice before all Georgia and Tennessee trial courts, the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Tennessee Supreme Court, Tennessee Court of Appeals and United States District Court of the Eastern District of Tennessee.
