Thomas Lyman has represented plaintiffs and defendants in Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Insurance Coverage cases as a civil litigator since 2012. In 2018, Thomas founded The Lyman Firm, which handled Automobile Injuries, Trucking, Premises Liability, and Negligent Security Cases. He also has experience in the areas of Insurance Coverage Disputes, Bad Faith/Extra-Contractual Claims, Coverage, and Subrogation. He joined Bay Mediation in 2019 and has been a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since 2010. Thomas is a recognized member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and has mediated thousands of cases across the state of Georgia.
