Ms. Tiana Scogin Mykkeltvedt
Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP
Tiana is a lead trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants.
In 2023, Tiana led a trial team in the nation’s first-ever trial against a national hotel chain on
behalf of multiple sex trafficking survivors.
As appellate counsel, Tiana specializes in assisting plaintiffs’ attorneys. By arguing motions,
preserving legal issues for appeal, and avoiding legal errors, trial counsel can focus on winning the
case before the jury.
Tiana brings a solution-oriented approach to complex commercial litigation, litigating high-stakes
business disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, complex fraud, civil RICO, and
professional liability.
Tiana’s pro bono work includes challenging HB 481, Georgia’s abortion restrictions.
She is a Master in the Clarke-Carley Inn of Court, a board member of the Federal Defender
Program, and a former president of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys.
