Timmerly Bullman, P.E., Ph.D. – is a professional engineer in seven states and received her Ph.D. from Georgia Tech with a minor in public health from Emory University. She is a Principal at Montrose Environmental Solutions with 25 years of experience performing risk assessments, environmental investigations and remedial actions under CERCLA, RCRA, and state-led Brownfield and voluntary remediation programs.  As a project manager she provides strategic planning involving informed, risk-based solutions.  She analyzes the data through a combination of statistics, models (fate and transport, and risk), database management, and three-dimensional geo-spatial analysis.  Using a risk-based approach, two of her sites have successfully terminated their RCRA Part B permits with clean closure.  Timmerly leads the Montrose risk assessment practice and serves on the Georgia EPD Risk Assessment Guidance Technical Advisory Committee.
