Thomas J. Diggins (T.J.) is a Customer Success Manager at vLex, where he leads efforts to engage bar association members, strengthen client relationships, and empower legal professionals to make the most of the vLex Fastcase platform and its AI-powered tools. With a strong background in litigation support administration, Mr. Diggins has supported legal teams nationwide by streamlining legal research and technology adoption. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina in 2015, where he was an active member of the American Criminal Justice Association, Lambda Alpha Epsilon.
