Tracy Johnson brings over 35 years of nursing experience and deep compassion to her work with seniors and families facing healthcare challenges and transitions.

Beginning her career in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Tracy developed the clinical expertise and crisis management skills that form the foundation of her practice. For the past 18 years, she has specialized exclusively in senior care, serving as Executive Director and Resident Care Director for independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities throughout Buckhead and North Georgia.

Tracy's greatest passion is helping families navigate complex care decisions with confidence. Her specialized training in dementia care, combined with her extensive healthcare management background, allows her to bring practical solutions to even the most challenging situations. She founded Premier Care Management of Georgia to provide families with expert guidance, compassionate advocacy, and peace of mind during life's most difficult transitions.

Tracy leads a talented team dedicated to maximizing quality of life and independence for every client. Her approach balances clinical expertise with genuine care—ensuring seniors receive not just competent care, but dignified, personalized support that honors their wishes and values.

Tracy has been married for 36 years and is a proud mother of three daughters and mother-in-law to a wonderful son-in-law, as well as grandmother to eight grandchildren. She enjoys time at the ocean, playing piano, painting, and cooking gourmet meals for family gatherings.
