Ms. Tricia Ann Kinney

Tricia Kinney is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of BlueLinx Corporation (NYSE: BXC), where she leads the Legal, Compliance, Human Resources and Communications teams.  Prior to joining BlueLinx, Tricia was the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at ServiceMaster Brands as well as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where she led the legal support for the global B2B business and global supply chain organizations. 

Tricia started her career at Powell Goldstein LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLC), where she was a litigation partner.  She graduated from Boston College and Vanderbilt University School of Law.  She is an alumna of Leadership Atlanta and serves on several non-profit boards of directors, including the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
