Victor Faenza has represented plaintiffs and defendants in tort, commercial and construction
litigation as a civil litigator for 33 years. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of
Central Florida and graduated with high honors from the Florida State University College of
Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. His practice has
involved a wide range of matters, including Construction, Trucking, Professional Malpractice
(including medical, dental, and legal), Bad Faith, Premises Liability (including violent crime),
Products Liability, Personal Injury, Aviation, Employment, Fraud, Contracts, Runoff/Land Use,
Property & Casualty, Automobile Accidents and Insurance Coverage. Victor has mediated over
3800 cases and currently serves as a full time mediator and arbitrator handling more than 200
cases per year. He is a registered neutral with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution
and is a recognized member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, The Georgia
Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators and The American College of Civil Trial Mediators.
Victor is currently a full time mediator and arbitrator at BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services
in Atlanta, Georgia.
