Mr. Vincent Parker Phillips III


Vincent "Vince" Phillips is a highly accomplished attorney, music executive, and business strategist with over two decades of experience. He is a Partner at Arrington and Phillips, LLP,  a full-service law firm, specializing in entertainment law and has been recognized as a Billboard Top Music Lawyer. 

Vince has represented some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Youngboy Never Broke Again, Kevin Gates, and Bow Wow. A pioneer in the Atlanta music scene, he co-founded BME Recordings with multi-platinum, Grammy award-winning producer and artist Lil Jon, which created the influential sub-genre of hip-hop, “Crunk Music.” He discovered and signed artists like Lil Scrappy and Crime Mob. 

Vince graduated from Georgia State University and John Marshall School of Law and is an active member of various professional organizations. He is dedicated to ending youth exploitation and serves on the Board of youthSpark, which supports victims of abuse, and Meals on Wheels Atlanta. He also advises Beloved Villages, a social enterprise focused on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s vision. Vince is a passionate humanitarian, avid reader, and father of two
