Mr. Burnett advises clients in the planning, design, and construction of industrial, energy, residential, and commercial projects throughout the country. Mr. Burnett assists clients in the review and negotiation of construction agreements. He prepares contract documents which are tailored to his client’s specific industry and requirements. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Burnett spent nearly a decade at one of the country’s largest construction management firms, where he worked as a construction accounting professional on large, complex commercial and industrial projects. While there, he also gained experience in construction risk management, which he continues to apply today for the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Burnett received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University, and received his Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law, the State Bar of Georgia’s Construction Section, and the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Section, where he is a current Member-at-Large.
