Mr. William Brian Mallow

State Board of Workers' Compensation

Brian Mallow is an Administrative Law Judge with the State Board of Workers' Compensation.  He is a native of West Virginia and a graduate of West Virginia University and the WVU College of Law.  Prior to joining the Board, Judge Mallow was a partner with Hall Booth Smith, practicing primarily in the areas of workers' compensation and premises liability.  He joined the Board in 2018 and serves in the Albany field office.  His territory covers 39 counties in the southwest corner of the state, and he hears cases in Albany, Americus, Valdosta, Thomasville, and Tifton.
