William F. “Trey” Underwood, III, graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in December, 2006.  Upon graduation, he returned to his hometown of Albany, GA where he began practice as an Assistant District Attorney under the Graduate Practice Act.  He joined his father’s practice in March 2009 where he began exclusively representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases and claimants in workers’ compensation cases.  He is a past president of the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association, a past chairman of the General Practice and Trial Section of the State Bar of Georgia, a GTLA Lead Graduate, a former member of the State Bar Board of Governors, has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and was selected as the winner of the Legal Category for the 40 Under 40 group by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce.

            When he isn’t spending time with his wife and two daughters, he does his best to help injured workers.
