Reese is a supervising litigation partner with the Atlanta law firm Aldridge Pite LLP where his practice focuses on prosecution of mortgage fraud schemes, title curative litigation, business disputes, and asset recovery for banking and mortgage lending clients. Prior to joining Aldridge Pite, Reese was Southern Region In-House Managing Litigation Counsel for Fidelity National Law Group, a division of Fidelity National Title Group, for almost twelve years, where he managed a team of in-house litigation attorneys and staff representing Fidelity National Financial's subsidiary entities, including its title and life insurance underwriters and insureds and its mortgage technology divisions, in litigated matters in Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Reese obtained his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1987 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1991 from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Reese has lived in Atlanta with his wife and two children since 2000. He is a member of all state courts of Tennessee, the Georgia Bar, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and United States Supreme Court.
