There is lodging available on-site at Villas by the Sea Resort and Conference Center. The reservation cut-off date is August 14, 2025. Please note that availability is limited. Rooms will be made available until they sell out or the cut-off date is reached.

Mini Villa/Studio, Islandside: $169

One Bedroom, Islandside, Oceanside and Oceanview: $189  

Two Bedroom,

Islandside: $269

Oceanside: $299

Oceanview: $319                   

Rates are subject to 7% Sales Tax, 5% Hotel Occupancy Tax, $5 per day GA State Fee & 5% Resort Fee.

2-night minimum stay.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

A) Guests must call the hotel to make their reservations.  A credit card will be required to make a reservation. Please mention Group Code ICLE when calling.  (912) 635-2521

B) Tax Exemption Documentation Due (Sales 7% &/or Hotel 5%): Prior to check-in

C) Guests are responsible for their own charges.

D) All lodging room accounts with a balance must be paid in full at check-in.

E) No other discounts can be applied to this room block.

F) Subject to Force Majeure, any guest who cancels their reservation less than 3 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 1 night room charges plus all applicable taxes/fees.

G) Lodging rooms become available for check-in at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.
