Superior Court Judge, Griffin Judicial Circuit (covering Fayette, Pike, Spalding, and Upson counties) – August 17, 2021, to the present.

Chief Judge, Fayetteville Municipal Court (Part-time position) – Interim Chief Judge from July 2018 until December 2018. Chief Judge from January 2019 until August 2020. While serving in this capacity as a part-time Judge, continued to manage and operate The Kreuziger Law Firm, P.C.

Cassandra is a founding partner of GA Estate Planning & Probate. She specializes in all aspects of probate, from deceased estate administration to guardianships and conservatorships. She started her career in litigation working with families in domestic cases, and that background allows her to assist grieving families with empathy and efficiency.
Attorney Holcomb is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Born to loving parents, Larry and Linda Grant, also of Atlanta. Attorney Holcomb is a proud “Double Dawg.” She received both her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and her Juris Doctorate in law from the University of Georgia. Attorney Holcomb secured her license to practice in May of 2006.
Attorney Holcomb began her legal career as a Legal Advocate for the Flint Circuit Counsel Against Family Violence. As Legal Advocate she helped victims of domestic violence obtain protective orders against their abusers.
In 2008, Attorney Holcomb hung out her own shingle, The Grant Group. Over the past seventeen years, The Grant Group has continued as a boutique family law practice whereby Attorney Holcomb practices family law exclusively, litigating issues related to divorce, child custody, child support, legitimations, and domestic violence. Between November 2016 and August 2020, Attorney Holcomb had the privilege to serve as Judicial Officer in Fulton County Superior Court's, Family Division.
In addition to practicing and presiding, Attorney Holcomb has continued her early custom of participating in various civic and social organizations. Attorney Holcomb served for two years as Mock Trial Coach at her alma mater Stockbridge High School. She has volunteered for such non-profit parent advocate organizations as the Single Parent Coalition and The Fatherless Generation. She has also routinely volunteered as speaker for pro se Family Law Workshops in both Henry and Fulton counties as well as for World Changers Church's Annual Law Day. Attorney Holcomb is a member of the Magnum Opus Honor Society comprised of University of Georgia School of Law alum. Additionally, Attorney Holcomb currently serves as Member-at-Large of the Family Law Section’s Executive Committee.
Attorney Holcomb has had the privilege of speaking at multiple Continuing Legal Education Conferences and Seminars, most notably, the 2015 & 2022 Family Law Institutes and at the 2016 Superior Court Judges Conference in Athens, Georgia.
When she is not working, Attorney Holcomb enjoys spending quality time with the loves of her life, her husband of 6 years, Allan Holcomb, and her 5-year-old daughter, Allyson Holcomb, as well as other close family and friends. She also enjoys listening to music, taking in the sites of the city, and both interstate and travel abroad.
For over 15 years, Attorney Holcomb was an active member of New Life Church in Decatur, Georgia. There she was a part of the Usher Ministry and the Student Education Support Ministry, where she helped prepare students for the SAT. Last year, Attorney Holcomb joined One Church, in Fayetteville, Georgia where she now serves with the Children's Ministry, One Kids.
The Hon. Pandora E. Palmer was sworn into the Henry County Superior Court by Governor Brian Kemp on October 21, 2020. Prior to joining the Henry County Superior Court, Judge Palmer was appointed by former Governor Nathan Deal to the Henry County State Court on January 7, 2019 as the first female to join the bench. She has presided over the Henry County Veterans Treatment Court since May of 2020.
Judge Palmer was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1994, the Hawaii State Bar in 2001 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018. She completed a J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in 1994 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia in 1988. She is currently enrolled in the Master’s Program for Judicial Studies at the University of Nevada in Reno.
Prior to her appointment, Judge Palmer was in private practice in Jonesboro, Georgia until she moved to Maui, Hawaii in 1999. In 2001, she became licensed in Hawaii and served as the supervising attorney for the Maui branch of the nonprofit organization, Domestic Violence Clearinghouse and Legal Hotline. Judge Palmer returned to Georgia in October of 2001 to open her private practice. In 2004, she joined the firm, Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC formerly known as Smith, Welch & Brittain, LLP where she later became a Manager. In October of 2012, she left the firm to open her own practice in McDonough specializing in the areas of family law, criminal defense, juvenile law, and personal injury until her appointment to the Henry County State Court. She is the author of Divorce Proceedings in Georgia: What you Need to Know.
Judge Palmer’s memberships include serving on the board of the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution, the Boys and Girls Club of Henry County, the Hands of Hope Board of Directors where she formerly served as Secretary, the Henry County Bar Association where she formerly served as President in 2016, the Atlanta Lawyers Club, Gamma Phi Beta Sorority and the Kiwanis Club of Henry County.
She is a recipient of the Top 50 Southern Crescent Women of Influence Award (2023), the Alex Crumbley Distinctive Service Award from the Henry County Bar Association (2022) and the National Women’s History Month Award from the City of Stockbridge (2019).
Sophia Haynes entered active military service and began her legal career at the Army Judge Advocate General’s School in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1998. As a Judge Advocate, Captain Haynes practiced various areas of the law including civil, administrative, labor & employment, operational law and criminal. She also deployed to Kuwait and Egypt on military assignments. During Operation Enduring Freedom, right after the September 11th attack, she served as legal counsel for two and three-star generals on the legal staff of Third United States Army. She also advised senior military officials on the administration of justice and legal maneuvers. In 1999, she was promoted to the position of Client Services Division Chief and provided legal services for over four hundred military personnel. She also served as Senior Judge Advocate for Third U.S. Army’s legal office. She received an Honorable Discharge and earned the Army’s Achievement Medal and Post Commander Service Award.
Upon completion of her military service, Ms. Haynes formed The Legal Group, where she practiced Business Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law and Civil Litigation. She then served as the Chief Assistant Solicitor for the Clayton County Solicitor General’s Office. As lead prosecutor, she prosecuted criminal offenders as well as supervised an attorney staff of (9) attorneys and (4) State Court Rooms. She also served in the DeKalb County Solicitor General’s Office as a Senior Trial Attorney. During her career, Sophia has prosecuted thousands of cases and has appeared as lead prosecutor in over 100 bench and jury trials to date. She has also successfully briefed and argued cases before both the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Georgia Supreme Court. During her years of as a prosecutor, Ms. Haynes served as a Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training Council (P.O.S.T.) Certified Instructor. In this capacity, she has served as guest instructor for the DeKalb Regional Police Academy, the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia and Georgia Police Academy. Ms. Haynes re-entered federal service as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Labor in 2010 She then accepted a trial attorney position with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) in 2016. In 2018, she was promoted to her current position of Deputy Chief Counsel with the VA where she oversees the labor and employment as well as the advisory legal services function for the medical centers and regional offices in 3 states of a multi-state legal district.
Ms. Haynes is a member of the Georgia and Louisiana State Bar Associations. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the 2022 Class of Leadership Henry. Ms. Haynes is an active member of World Changers Church International where she served for years as an usher and coordinated legal training events as a member of the Legal Resources Department. Ms. Haynes regularly speaks at community events on legal topics and has appeared as a guest on WATC-TV 57 and Trinity Broadcasting Network.
Jonathan Martin is an Equity Partner and Office Managing Partner (Macon, Georgia) with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, a national law firm that has focused exclusively on management-side on labor and employment law since 1946. With 250 attorneys in 15 states, the firm has been designated as a “Go To” Law Firm by both Corporate Counsel and Fortune magazines. The firm is also top-ranked in U.S. News & World Report’s - Best Lawyers/Best Law Firms. Jonathan was previously the national co-chair of Constangy’s Traditional Labor Practice Group.
Jonathan is a graduate of the Terry School of Business, University of Georgia, (B.B.A., Banking & Finance, cum laude), and a graduate of the Mercer University School of Law, (J.D., magna cum laude), where he served as the administrative editor of the Mercer Law Review.
Prior to private practice, Jonathan served as a military lawyer in the Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, where he also held an appointment as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia. Jonathan currently serves in the Georgia Air National Guard, where he holds the rank of Colonel.
Jonathan focuses his practice on employment discrimination litigation for management, defending corporations in lawsuits arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as related state laws. Jonathan also represents management in traditional labor law issues under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and in wage & hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
The former chairman of the State Bar of Georgia’s Employers’ Duties & Problems Committee, and the former state-wide Chairman of the Georgia Department of Labor’s Georgia Employer Committee (a public-private partnership representing over 1,600 employers), Jonathan conducts extensive management training on labor and employment law subjects for corporations and government agencies throughout the United States. Jonathan has also served on the FMLA Subcommittee and the Labor Relations Committee of the United States Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C. Jonathan has also testified as an expert before the Georgia Senate on labor relations issues affecting the State of Georgia. He is also General Counsel for the Georgia Mining Association.
For more than 20 years, Jonathan has been a contributing co-author to the Mercer Law Review publishing an annual article on Labor & Employment Law for the Annual Survey of Georgia Law. He is also Chapter Editor of ABA/BNA publication, THE DEVELOPING LABOR LAW (7th Edition & Supplements), and he co-authors an article on Labor & Employment Law for Mercer Law Review’s Eleventh Circuit Survey (GA, AL, FL).
In 2006, Jonathan was selected as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers®.
