Professional Experience:
Superior Court Judge, Griffin Judicial Circuit (covering Fayette, Pike, Spalding, and Upson counties) – August 17, 2021, to the present.
Associate Juvenile Court Judge, Griffin Judicial Circuit, August 31, 2020 – August 16, 2021.
Chief Judge, Fayetteville Municipal Court (Part-time position) – Interim Chief Judge from July 2018 until December 2018. Chief Judge from January 2019 until August 2020. While serving in this capacity as a part-time Judge, continued to manage and operate The Kreuziger Law Firm, P.C.
The Kreuziger Law Firm, P.C. – owned and operated the law firm from approximately June 2006 until August 2020 in the following areas of practice: Criminal Law (major felonies and misdemeanors); Family Law matters and also served as Guardian ad Litem; Personal Injury related cases; Landlord/Tenant matters; Breach of Contract; was lead counsel in several jury and bench trials in criminal and civil matters; and Criminal and Civil Appeals to both the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Part-time Solicitor for two (2) municipalities and subsequently served as a part-time Municipal Court Judge. Also served as a conflict attorney for the Georgia Public Defender Council for approximately eleven (11) years on a contractual basis.
Solicitor for the Town of Tyrone, Georgia and for the City of Senoia, Georgia – Served in this capacity for several years on a contractual basis from approximately 2006 until 2013.
Assistant District Attorney for the Griffin Judicial Circuit. Served as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting felonies, misdemeanors, and juvenile related matters from approximately 2002 until 2006.
Law Clerk and Intern - Served as a law clerk in two civil litigation firms, assisting with catastrophic personal injury claims and workers’ compensation matters. During the last semester of law school, interned in the Special Prosecution Division for the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Georgia.
Forensic Serologist and Forensic Toxicologist - Prior to becoming an attorney, worked as a Forensic Serologist (analyzing rapes, homicides, and burglaries) with the North Louisiana Criminalistics Laboratory, in Shreveport, Louisiana; and subsequently as a Forensic Toxicologist (identification and analysis of drugs) for SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories in Dallas, Texas.

Judge Jane P. Manning assumed her post on the bench of the State Court of Cobb County on January 3, 2017, having won election in May of 2016. Prior to taking the bench, Judge Manning was one of Cobb County’s most experienced courtroom attorneys having served as Assistant Solicitor General of Cobb County.
While the on the bench, Judge Manning maintains her productivity as a writer. She has authored several published works on topics such as: Motions in Limine, Trial Practice Tips, and Evidence.
Judge Manning regularly presents topics for Continuing Legal Education for lawyers and judges. Her topics include: Jury Selection, Professionalism, Ethics, Law updates, Character Evidence, Damages, Contempt and Ethical Considerations. She is also a faculty member of the National Judicial College having taught Judicial Writing and Advanced Judicial Writing.
Judge Manning has been recognized for her work on and off the bench and was most recently awarded the Traditions in Excellence in the Judiciary Award by the General Trial Practice Section of the State Bar of Georgia in June 2025. She also received the Judge A. Harris Adams Judge of the Year Award in 2022 by the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association.
Judge Manning earned her Masters in Judicial Studies from the University of Nevada-Reno. Her thesis is on the topic of the Re-Trial of Leo Frank.
Judge Manning has lived and worked in Cobb for over 40 years. She was the founding president of the Women of the Bar Section for the Cobb Bar Association. She also is a sustaining member of Junior League of Cobb Marietta. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Emory University.
She and her husband, John, an Air Force Veteran, have seven grown children and eight grandchildren.
Cassandra is a founding partner of GA Estate Planning & Probate. She specializes in all aspects of probate, from deceased estate administration to guardianships and conservatorships. She started her career in litigation working with families in domestic cases, and that background allows her to assist grieving families with empathy and efficiency.
Attorney Holcomb is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Born to loving parents, Larry and Linda Grant, also of Atlanta. Attorney Holcomb is a proud “Double Dawg.” She received both her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and her Juris Doctorate in law from the University of Georgia. Attorney Holcomb secured her license to practice in May of 2006.
Attorney Holcomb began her legal career as a Legal Advocate for the Flint Circuit Counsel Against Family Violence. As Legal Advocate she helped victims of domestic violence obtain protective orders against their abusers.
In 2008, Attorney Holcomb hung out her own shingle, The Grant Group. Over the past seventeen years, The Grant Group has continued as a boutique family law practice whereby Attorney Holcomb practices family law exclusively, litigating issues related to divorce, child custody, child support, legitimations, and domestic violence. Between November 2016 and August 2020, Attorney Holcomb had the privilege to serve as Judicial Officer in Fulton County Superior Court's, Family Division.
In addition to practicing and presiding, Attorney Holcomb has continued her early custom of participating in various civic and social organizations. Attorney Holcomb served for two years as Mock Trial Coach at her alma mater Stockbridge High School. She has volunteered for such non-profit parent advocate organizations as the Single Parent Coalition and The Fatherless Generation. She has also routinely volunteered as speaker for pro se Family Law Workshops in both Henry and Fulton counties as well as for World Changers Church's Annual Law Day. Attorney Holcomb is a member of the Magnum Opus Honor Society comprised of University of Georgia School of Law alum. Additionally, Attorney Holcomb currently serves as Member-at-Large of the Family Law Section’s Executive Committee.
Attorney Holcomb has had the privilege of speaking at multiple Continuing Legal Education Conferences and Seminars, most notably, the 2015 & 2022 Family Law Institutes and at the 2016 Superior Court Judges Conference in Athens, Georgia.
When she is not working, Attorney Holcomb enjoys spending quality time with the loves of her life, her husband of 6 years, Allan Holcomb, and her 5-year-old daughter, Allyson Holcomb, as well as other close family and friends. She also enjoys listening to music, taking in the sites of the city, and both interstate and travel abroad.
For over 15 years, Attorney Holcomb was an active member of New Life Church in Decatur, Georgia. There she was a part of the Usher Ministry and the Student Education Support Ministry, where she helped prepare students for the SAT. Last year, Attorney Holcomb joined One Church, in Fayetteville, Georgia where she now serves with the Children's Ministry, One Kids.
The Hon. Pandora E. Palmer was sworn into the Henry County Superior Court by Governor Brian Kemp on October 21, 2020. Prior to joining the Henry County Superior Court, Judge Palmer was appointed by former Governor Nathan Deal to the Henry County State Court on January 7, 2019 as the first female to join the bench. She has presided over the Henry County Veterans Treatment Court since May of 2020.
Judge Palmer was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1994, the Hawaii State Bar in 2001 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018. She completed a J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in 1994 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia in 1988. She is currently enrolled in the Master’s Program for Judicial Studies at the University of Nevada in Reno.
Prior to her appointment, Judge Palmer was in private practice in Jonesboro, Georgia until she moved to Maui, Hawaii in 1999. In 2001, she became licensed in Hawaii and served as the supervising attorney for the Maui branch of the nonprofit organization, Domestic Violence Clearinghouse and Legal Hotline. Judge Palmer returned to Georgia in October of 2001 to open her private practice. In 2004, she joined the firm, Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC formerly known as Smith, Welch & Brittain, LLP where she later became a Manager. In October of 2012, she left the firm to open her own practice in McDonough specializing in the areas of family law, criminal defense, juvenile law, and personal injury until her appointment to the Henry County State Court. She is the author of Divorce Proceedings in Georgia: What you Need to Know.
Judge Palmer’s memberships include serving on the board of the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution, the Boys and Girls Club of Henry County, the Hands of Hope Board of Directors where she formerly served as Secretary, the Henry County Bar Association where she formerly served as President in 2016, the Atlanta Lawyers Club, Gamma Phi Beta Sorority and the Kiwanis Club of Henry County.
She is a recipient of the Top 50 Southern Crescent Women of Influence Award (2023), the Alex Crumbley Distinctive Service Award from the Henry County Bar Association (2022) and the National Women’s History Month Award from the City of Stockbridge (2019).
Will Martin is a Partner with Drew Eckl & Farnham representing businesses in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. His practice focuses on all types of premises liability, product liability, and commercial transportation cases.
Will frequently represents property owners, managers, and business operators in high-stakes litigation arising from third-party criminal acts on their property. His experience includes handling cases dealing with gang violence, kidnappings, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
Will has served as national, local, and trial counsel defending product manufacturers in litigation involving industrial equipment components, construction equipment, and automotive products. He has represented clients at all stages of litigation in more than 35 states.
Since 2021, Will has served on the Board for the General Practice & Trial Law Section for the State Bar of Georgia. He is an active member of DRI, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and the ABA. In 2024, Will was named to Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation. He was named a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star every year from 2013 through 2020, and he has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell.
