Kenneth “Kenny” Stroud serves as Vice President and Southeast Regional Counsel for CATIC where he oversees underwriting for the southeast region.  Kenny received a B.B.A. from Kennesaw State University with a concentration in Economics and Finance.  Kenny worked several years in the insurance and risk analysis fields before enrolling at The University of Georgia School of Law where he obtained his J.D. Prior to joining CATIC, Kenny maintained a successful practice in Metro Atlanta focused on real estate and real estate litigation, estate planning, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights.  Kenny is a frequent speaker and instructor for CE/CLE events and industry conferences. Hilary currently serves Chicago Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company – Georgia Agency as Vice President and State Underwriting Counsel. She joined the staff of Chicago Title Insurance Company, Atlanta Office, as an underwriter in January of 2005. Along with commercial and residential underwriting, Hilary provides training for agents on the basics of title insurance and other title related topics as requested by agents.  Hilary has been a speaker on various title insurance topics for the State Bar of Georgia, ICLE, SLTA, National Business Institute, and other CLE and professional associations.  Hilary has also appeared as a guest lecturer at the University of Georgia School Of Law and the Georgia Tech College of Business.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 and her Juris Doctorate degree cum laude in 1998 from the University of Georgia. Prior to working for Chicago Title, Hilary practiced law in Georgia with an emphasis on title issues, residential real estate and foreclosures. Member: State Bar of Georgia (Real Estate Section), Executive Committee Member Chair for the RPLS, Commercial Real Estate Women of Atlanta (CREW), Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association (GRECAA, Inc.).  Hilary is the mother of a fifteen-year-old son, a thirteen-year-old daughter, two cats and a dog and in her “spare time” she enjoys travel and the outdoors with her family and hopes to return to whitewater kayaking someday.

Prior to joining Doma f/k/a North American Title Insurance Company, she handled title insurance claims litigation with The Gilroy Firm. Kelsea is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. She serves on the communications committee and as Georgia Director of the Southeast Land Title Association and serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia Bar. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University.  She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, two children, and their sweet rescue pup, Alberta.  While most of her free time is spent as an active spectator at her children’s baseball, tennis, and lacrosse matches, Kelsea also enjoys playing tennis and exploring the great outdoors.

Allie Jett is the founding partner of Jett Law Group. Originally from Charleston, SC, Allie is a “Double Dawg” having received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Linguistics and Classical Culture and her Law Degree from the University of Georgia.

Allie started her real estate career at age 16 in the Cobb County Deed Records Room when she started running titles for her family’s mortgage business. She continued working in various capacities for that mortgage company until entering law school. 

Allie has spent her legal career representing governmental, individual, and corporate clients in a wide range of real estate-related disputes on both the trial and appellate levels as well as general counseling regarding best practices and risk mitigation outside of litigation. She focuses her practice on litigating title to real property and property tax matters. She also frequently acts as a court-appointed Special Master in quiet title proceedings and auditor in a variety of other real estate disputes.

Allie is admitted to the bar in both Georgia and South Carolina and has been named a “Georgia Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (every year from 2012 to 2018) and a Super Lawyer for every year from 2019-2024.
