Mr. Kenneth Wade Stroud

Kenneth “Kenny” Stroud serves as Vice President and Southeast Regional Counsel for CATIC where he oversees underwriting for the southeast region.  Kenny received a B.B.A. from Kennesaw State University with a concentration in Economics and Finance.  Kenny worked several years in the insurance and risk analysis fields before enrolling at The University of Georgia School of Law where he obtained his J.D. Prior to joining CATIC, Kenny maintained a successful practice in Metro Atlanta focused on real estate and real estate litigation, estate planning, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights.  Kenny is a frequent speaker and instructor for CE/CLE events and industry conferences. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Law Section, GRECAA, SLTA, TNLTA, PLTA and FLTA.
