Christine Koehler is one of Georgia's premier trial attorneys. After graduating cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, Christine has litigated in courtrooms throughout the State of Georgia for the last 30 years. Christine is also a graduate of both the National Criminal Defense College and the National College of DUI Defense. Christine's courtroom success has made her a sought-after instructor at Georgia's leading trial skills programs. She frequently lectures at conferences throughout the country. Christine is on faculty with the National Criminal Defense College and is a Program Director of the Bill Daniels Trial Advocacy Clinic through the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Christine has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer by her peers for 22 consecutive years. She has been named a Top 50 Female Attorney in the State of Georgia 12 times and has been acknowledged as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Georgia for 10 years. Georgia Trend Magazine has repeatedly named Christine one of their Legal Elite. She is an AV-Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell. Christine has a 5-star rating with AVVO.
Christine spent 9 years on the State Bar Investigative Panel and now represents lawyers facing bar grievances. Christine has recently expanded her practice to include representing judges and judicial candidates accused of violating the Georgia Code of Judicial Conduct. Additionally, Christine has served as a part-time Magistrate Judge in DeKalb County since 2018.
When she is not working, Christine is spending time with her family. Christine grew up in Georgia and has stayed close to home, but she loves to travel.
Through years of tireless work and specialized training, Attorney Greg Willis has established himself as one of the top DUI defense attorneys in the country. His legal career is dedicated to challenging laws to the benefit of his clients. He has been involved in over 5,000 cases defending individuals who have been charged with driving under the influence. Mr. Willis is a fervent defender of the constitutions and is known for his unwavering commitment to protecting the rights of his clients. Due to his success and masterful defense techniques through motions, trials, and appeals, Mr. Willis has garnered many positive testimonials from clients and attorneys alike. He has a 93.6% success rate of defending DUI charges over the past 10 years (success equals closing the cases without a DUI conviction).
Greg Willis has extensive appellate experience with many appellate cases that have transformed DUI laws in Georgia. He argued the seminal case Elliott v. State, 305 Ga. 179 (2019) before the Georgia Supreme Court which resulted in the Supreme Court holding that Georgia's DUI statutes were unconstitutional. The state’s legislature revised Georgia’s implied consent warning after Elliott was decided. He also argued Hill v. State, 360 Ga. App. 683 (2021) before the Georgia Court of Appeals where the Court agreed with Mr. Willis and suppressed 28 grams of cocaine for a 10-20 second unlawful delay during an ordinary traffic stop. He is proud of his firm’s extensive pro bono work for GACDL’s Amicus Committee (he is a current member and former Chair). Greg Willis has co-authored many briefs for GACDL to the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His office also currently has several cases pending in both the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals that will affect most DUI cases pending at this time.
Erin Gerstenzang is the founder of EHG Law Firm —one of Georgia’s premier criminal defense firms helping people charged with DUI and other serious traffic, drug, and alcohol-related offenses. She cares deeply about building a more fair and equitable justice system, starting with our traffic courts. In addition to running her busy metro-Atlanta practice, Erin is known as a dynamic, engaging legal educator constantly seeking out cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and systems to improve the delivery of legal services. She serves on the State Bar of Georgia’s Disciplinary Rules and Procedures Committee and is on the executive board of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Ben Sessions has been recognized as a Top 100 SuperLawyer by SuperLawyers Magazine from 2019 through 2025, and he has been consistently recognized as a SuperLawyer since 2015. He has tried more than 65 jury trials, and he has appeared before the Georgia Supreme Court 4 times, and in 3 of those cases, he managed to win.
