E. Michael Moran joined the law firm of LAW & MORAN in 2004. While at John Marshall Law School, Mike was elected by the student body as Chief Justice of the Honor Court. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and also received the Eugene D. and Betty Howe Vezzani Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law and the Academic Dean's Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement.
After graduation Mike practiced in the areas of appellate law and commercial litigation. In 2001 Mike began practicing exclusively in the area of personal injury and now limits his practice to representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Mike has tried cases to verdict in federal and state courts in Georgia and other states, as well as argued before both federal and state appellate courts.
Andy Rogers has worked almost exclusively for crime victims since 1988 and has conducted more than 100 jury trials as lead counsel. After beginning his career as a criminal prosecutor for DeKalb County, Andy has concentrated exclusively on representing survivors and their families in negligent security cases for more than 30 years. During that time, he has obtained substantial compensation for numerous victims of crime by securing some of the highest verdicts and settlements in the State of Georgia.
Michael L. Goldberg is a partner in the law firm of Fried Goldberg LLC and represents victimssuffering catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death throughout the Southeast, primarily in the areaoftrucking and commercial vehicle accidents. Michael was born in Augusta, Georgia and played for the Division I Basketball Team at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where he graduated with a B.S. in Political Science in 1994.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 1997. He has beenlead counsel for the plaintiff on 15 cases with verdicts in excess of a million dollars and is admitted topractice law in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. Michael was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in October of 2013. Fellowshipinto the ACTL is extended by invitation only and is limited to less than 1% of the lawyer population.
Michael was named as one of the top lawyers in Georgia under the age of 40 by the Fulton County Daily Report in 2011 and was consecutively named as one of the top 100 lawyers in Georgia in the Super Lawyers editionof Atlanta Magazine since 2013. He is the author of the Library of Georgia Personal Injury Forms, 6th Edition and Understanding Motor Carrier Claims, 6th edition.
Peter A. Law (“Pete”) is the senior principal and founder of LAW & MORAN, a 5-6 lawyer trial firm dedicated to the representation of individuals who have suffered injuries and death due to the negligence of others, primarily in premises liability cases, motor vehicle collisions, product liability and a host of other negligence cases. In addition to multiple years voted number 1 by Super Lawyers, the Georgia business community has also selected Pete as a top trial lawyer, selecting him as a “Georgia Legal Elite,” (Georgia Business Trend, 2004 - present). Pete is also rated by his peers as AV rated, the top designation available by legal publication Martindale Hubbell, and is listed annually in the Best Lawyers in America trade publication.
Pete is one of the very few lawyers in American history to have ever settled and collected $100,000,000.00 for a single case – a feat Pete has achieved on multiple occasions. Pete has been counsel for the Plaintiff in approximately 300 recoveries each exceeding one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), including approximately 60 separate recoveries exceeding five million dollars ($5,000,000.00), and more than 100 separate recoveries exceeding three million dollars ($3,000,000.00). In addition to trying cases, Pete regularly speaks at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminars nationwide.
When not practicing law, Pete enjoys traveling with his wife of 30 years, Agnes, and their five children, as well as attending to his farm. Further interests include cars, motorcycles, water sports, art, welding, and gardening.
Natalee Drummond-Fairley began her legal career in 2003 after graduating from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school Natalee was an associate editor of her Law Review, an intern to Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Benham, an intern to Federal District Court Judge Richard Story and an invited student member of the prestigious Bleckley Inn of Court.
Natalee began her career in big law as an associate at Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy (now Bryan Cave) before working as defense litigation and trial counsel for two of the largest insurance companies in the world. While working as defense counsel, Natalee gained a wealth of litigation and trial experience having tried over 100 cases in the Magistrate, State and Superior Courts of numerous Georgia counties including Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry, and Dougherty counties to name a few.
After almost a decade of practice and experience, Natalee founded the Fairley Firm, LLC, to focus on Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation in 2012. During her 11 years at the helm of the Fairley Firm, Natalee has become a trusted advisor and valued co-counsel to some of the most prominent attorneys across the state of Georgia in the area of premises liability. In 2022, the Fairley Firm was recognized by industry leader CaseMetrix as having the top ten highest premises settlement values in the Southeast and was noted to be the only solo firm on the list. Natalee was honored to be selected by her peers as a speaker at The Best of the Best seminar in 2023 and has taught numerous CLE’s on such topics as Surviving Summary Judgment in Premises Liability Cases, Handling High Profile Cases, How to Effectively Use Technology at Trial, Handling Slip and Fall Cases and Trial Basics for New Attorneys.
A 2000 graduate of Louisiana State University, Natalee enjoys cheering on her LSU Tigers in a multitude of sports -- especially football – and enjoys golfing, weight training and trying out new restaurants in the Atlanta area. She enjoys being a boy-mom to two very-busy sons and has been a member of Impact Church in Atlanta, Georgia for the past 14 years.
Naveen’s practice focuses on Appeals, Class Actions, and other Complex Litigation.
As one of the leading appellate attorneys in Georgia, Naveen has been sought out by attorneys and clients, both defendants and plaintiffs, to assist trial lawyers with preservation and legal strategy during trial, and to serve as lead counsel for appeals and certiorari proceedings.
As a result, Naveen regularly appears and gives oral argument before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Georgia Court of Appeals – as well as assisting in jury trials across Georgia.
In addition, Naveen maintains an active class action practice and has been appointed as class counsel by courts in the Northern District of Georgia, Southern District of Florida, Western District of Tennessee, and Georgia state courts.
