Ms. Alison Lee Currie

Alison Currie is a partner at Moriarty Injury Lawyer, a boutique personal injury firm specializing in medical malpractice. As a trial and appellate lawyer, Ms. Currie handles injury cases from inception through trial and appeal. She also assists other firms with legal motions practice and as embedded counsel at trial.

Prior to joining Moriarty Injury Lawyer in 2025, Ms. Currie spent more than a dozen years as a medical malpractice defense attorney, where she defended doctors and hospitals in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Currie is a graduate of Emory University and the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as an editor on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and won the Talmadge and Intrastate moot court competitions. In her free time, she loves classic movies, fiction novels, traveling, and spending time with her husband (a dentist) and her son (a toddler).
