Anthony Cianciotti is a shareholder in the Atlanta office of Baker Donelson and a member of the Financial Services Transactions Group.  His clients include national and regional banks, private credit funds, other non-bank lenders, as well as borrowers, in complex secured and unsecured credit facilities, including asset-based and cash flow working capital facilities, equipment and acquisition financing, and venture debt and growth capital financing.  He frequently advises clients in structuring credit agreements to address matters involving complex collateral considerations, including lending against in-transit inventory, trademarked goods, perishable agricultural commodities, and government contracts.
