Anthony “Tony” Kozycki is an Atlanta-based criminal defense attorney and managing partner at Kozycki Law. Kozycki Law is a full-service immigration and criminal defense firm, and Tony leads the firm’s criminal litigation practice. He focuses on DUI defense and a broad range of serious criminal matters that require strategic, trial-ready representation. A significant part of Tony’s work involves advising and defending non-citizens facing criminal charges. Much of his work concentrates on the crimmigration intersection, helping clients navigate and mitigate the immigration consequences that can arise from criminal allegations.

 

Before becoming an attorney, Tony spent ten years in the United States Navy, flying the F/A-18 Super Hornet and supporting operational missions around the world. After completing his service, he earned his law degree summa cum laude from Georgia State College of Law and now brings the same discipline, clarity, and mission-focused mindset to his legal practice.
