Brooke Bean is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance and Restructuring Group, resident in the firm’s Atlanta office. Brooke represents banks and other investors in connection with their most complex restructurings, bankruptcy, and finance matters. Brooke also represents corporate debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases throughout the country. Brooke’s practice spans a wide variety of industries, including the restaurant, real estate, healthcare, energy, transportation, and manufacturing industries.

Brooke is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (where she earned her law degree) and George Washington University (where she earned her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude).
