Emily Bronstein has been practicing across the state of Georgia for the past 11 years and is currently an Assistant Public Defender in Fulton County. Her experience has been broad and ranged through all degrees of criminal practice in counties large and small.  Over the years, she has developed a special interest and love for DUI cases, excelling in exploiting their technical nuances. Her focus has spanned from misdemeanor and felony DUIs to vehicular homicides of both degrees.  Emily is a lifelong learner who always strives to continue growing in her practice and she is constantly searching for new experiences and challenges. 

When not working, she enjoys life in Atlanta with her husband and pets, and she is always planning her next travel adventure.
