Mr. Timothy Kyle King

         T. Kyle King is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  He is the senior partner at the firm of Hodges, McEachern & King in Peachtree City, and his practice has focused on trust and estate matters since 1997.  Kyle received his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Georgia, he co-chairs the Fiduciary Law Section’s Legislation Committee, and he was the recipient of the Georgia Council of Probate Court Judges’ 2022 Friend of the Council Award.
