Alyson Graham is a Trust and Estate Specialist for Willis Investment Counsel (“WIC”), a 45-year-old independent investment management firm in Gainesville, Georgia. Supporting a holistic approach to wealth planning, Alyson serves as a resource to clients and their advisors to help clients understand, identify and achieve their estate and wealth planning goals.
Prior to joining WIC, Alyson served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Trust Services at Ameris Bank. Prior to that, Alyson practiced trusts and estates law for over a decade with firms including Smith, Gambrell & Russell in Atlanta and Stewart, Melvin & Frost in Gainesville, specializing in sophisticated estate and tax planning and estate administration for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and their families.
Alyson serves as Secretary of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and as a member of the Section’s Legislative and Code Revision Committees. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Southeast Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Alyson earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and her LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.
Bridget J. Dunk is a seasoned CPA and tax strategist with 29 years of experience, dedicated to providing high-net-worth individuals and families with tailored solutions for complex tax and estate planning challenges. Specializing in estate, trust, and gift tax compliance, Bridget ensures seamless wealth preservation across generations.
A proud graduate of the University of Memphis, Bridget earned her degree summa cum laude with a double major in accounting and international business. Her academic achievements reflect her commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of global financial strategies. An active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA), Bridget remains at the forefront of industry developments.
As a partner at CRI, Bridget works closely with private companies, family offices, nonprofits, and individuals to deliver customized tax planning services. Her expertise includes income tax planning, international tax, business tax strategy, and the preparation of essential filings such as fiduciary and gift tax returns. She is also a speaker at regional estate planning conferences, where she shares her insights on cutting-edge tax strategies and compliance best practices.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Bridget is a dedicated wife of 29 years and the proud mother of two college students attending Kennesaw State University. She has also made a significant impact through her involvement in founding two nonprofit organizations, further demonstrating her commitment to community service.
A resident of Atlanta, Bridget balances her professional life with personal well-being. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, contributing to her community, and supporting Ignite Hope, an organization that champions children.

Kelley Napier is a partner at Georgia Estate & Elder Law in Atlanta. Kelley holds the Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) designation from the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in elder law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, where she currently serves on the board of the Georgia Chapter. She also participates in the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the Stonewall Bar Association, and the Planned Giving Council at Oglethorpe University. She has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star each year since 2020.
Prior to joining Georgia Estate & Elder Law, Kelley worked with another local firm specializing in Medicaid Planning. It was this legal work and Kelley’s experience navigating the long-term care system for her grandmother that prompted her enrollment in law school. Prior to her legal work, Kelley worked in the construction industry for several years.

Kelley grew up in Gwinnett County. She currently lives in Atlanta with her family. She is active with her church and enjoys spending time at Lake Lanier.
Kort focuses his practice at Adams Hemingway on estate and tax planning and corporate and transactional law. He assists clients with the design and implementation of sophisticated estate and business succession plans, helping guide clients through with complex trusts and estates. He also advises businesses on a wide variety of tax issues.
He received his J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law and his LL.M. In taxation from Georgetown.
Patricia Fortune Ammari is an elder and special needs law attorney serving the Atlanta metro area. Patricia’s practice includes estate planning, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, probate, and guardianship.
Patricia has served in several roles for the Georgia Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys including President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Board Member, and she has also done committee work at the national level for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Patricia has also served on the Board of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and served as President of the Cobb County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law Section. Patricia has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer for the last 7 years, and she has been named one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers by Super Lawyers for 2024 and 2025.
Patricia was appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia twice to serve on the State Disciplinary Board. During her six years on the Board, she served Vice-Chair and then Chair.
When Patricia is not practicing law, she loves reading, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
Kevin helps families and institutions navigate through estate and trust disputes using both strong legal advocacy and collaborative negotiation skills.
Kevin's practice focuses on litigation, primarily in estate, trust, and probate matters, as part of CPMT comprehensive Family Wealth Planning group. He has presented numerous seminars and Continuing Legal Education courses on fiduciary litigation, risk management, landlord/tenant law and other legal issues. He also provides pro bono representation and consulting to various schools and non-profit organizations in the Atlanta area.

Sarah R. Watchko, Esq., is an Estate Planning Advisor with BIP Wealth. Sarah developed a passion for working with aging and special needs clients at Wake Forest University School of Law’s Elder Law Clinic during the summer of 2007. This led her to the discovery of a career in estate planning, special needs planning, and elder law that could provide both intellectually demanding work and the opportunity to serve and improve the lives of others. Sarah finds immense joy in providing not only a high level of service, but a calm and comforting demeanor to those navigating life’s challenges.
An Atlanta native, Sarah lives in Roswell with her husband, Jeff, son Will, daughter Emma Claire, and their loving mutt, Hank. She and her brother, William, attended Marist School in Atlanta, and her husband attended Roswell High School. Both her brother and husband were collegiate athletes at Georgia Tech who went on to play professionally (the former football and the latter, baseball). Both families remain avid Georgia Tech fans.
Sarah loves reading, spending time with friends and family, staying active, traveling, and—in her rare free time—squeezing in a craft or baking project.
Mr. Djuric is Principal and Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for working with clients and their advisors to develop practical and efficient wealth transfer plans, and for guiding the firm on fiduciary issues.
Prior to joining Bessemer in 2025, Nick was a shareholder and Chairman of Djuric Spratt P.A. Before that, he was an associate and partner at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. Previously, he was a law clerk for Chief Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where he is Georgia State Chair and serves as a member of the State Laws Committee. He has served as Chair of the State Bar of Georgia Fiduciary Law Section and is currently chair of its Code Revision Committee. He previously served as Chair of the Estate Planning & Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and as President of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council.
Nick earned a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard University and an A.B., magna cum laude, in public policy studies and history from Duke University.
T. Kyle King is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is the senior partner at the firm of Hodges, McEachern & King in Peachtree City, and his practice has focused on trust and estate matters since 1997. Kyle received his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Georgia, he co-chairs the Fiduciary Law Section’s Legislation Committee, and he was the recipient of the Georgia Council of Probate Court Judges’ 2022 Friend of the Council Award.
Judge Laine was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Furman University and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. After spending two years as a law clerk/staff attorney for the five Superior Court judges in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit, Judge Laine returned home and spent ten years in private practice in Gainesville. In 2012, she was elected Hall County Probate Court Judge. During her three terms in office, she has served the Council of Probate Court Judges in many roles, including a two year term as Chair of the Probate Court Judges Training Council and presently as Vice President of the Council of Probate Court Judges. She is also a member of the Northeastern Circuit Bar Association.
Judge Laine loves her hometown of Gainesville as well as Hall County and is committed to the community. She is active in her church, St. Paul United Methodist Church, as well as being a Girl Scout troop leader for over 16 years. She is board member with Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia Gainesville’s Regional Advisory Board and can make a mean S’more. She also serves as a volunteer coach of Gainesville High School’s Mock Trial team.
When not working, Judge Laine is a beekeeper and loves to sew. She and her husband Jesse have two adult daughters.
Cassady V. “Cass” Brewer, Professor of Law, teaches Basic Federal Income Taxation, Nonprofit Organizations, Taxation of Business Organizations, Corporate Taxation, Partnership Taxation, and the Law of Social Enterprise. Brewer’s research and speaking engagements generally focus on federal income taxation. Brewer also writes and speaks on the legal and tax aspects of the intersection of tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations with for-profit enterprises and commercial activity (a/k/a “social enterprise”). Further, from 2021-2023, Brewer served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
Brewer received his LL.M. (Taxation) from New York University, where he served as a graduate editor of the Tax Law Review. Brewer received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Arkansas Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
Brewer co-founded the Nonprofit Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and is a past co-chair of the Section. Brewer recently served on the Legislative Proposals Committee of the Section which updated and modernized Georgia’s Nonprofit Corporations Code. Further, Brewer previously served on the Georgia Business Law Section’s drafting committee for the Georgia Limited Liability Company and Limited Liability Partnership Acts.
Brewer is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel and previously was a partner and practice leader in the Tax Group of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, Atlanta, Georgia.
Blake Melton is a Senior Wealth Strategist with The Family Office at Synovus and a fellow in The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is a past Chairperson of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and currently serves on its Code Revision and Legislative Committees. He is also active in his local community and is the founder and chair of Standing Boy, Inc., a nonprofit that has constructed nearly 35 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails on the Standing Boy property in north Columbus.
Blake met his wife Jensen while both were attending the University of Georgia School of Law. They have two daughters, Finley and Asher.
