Mr. Nader Abou Mrad

Nader Abou Mrad is an Associate in the Eversheds Sutherland Finance Practice Group focusing on restructuring and insolvency.  He advises clients across the debt spectrum, from loan origination, to amendments, and to distressed situations. His experience extends across multiple industries, including energy, healthcare, and real estate.

Prior to gaining his US law degree, Nader was an associate at a law firm in Lebanon, where he worked on cases across multiple areas of litigation. Prior to joining the Beirut Bar, he completed degrees in business and law at two universities simultaneously.  While pursuing his US law degree, Nader wrote reviews for 250 law review article submissions and wrote three articles on bankruptcy law and a student note on artificial intelligence and access to justice. Additionally, he was selected by the American College of Bankruptcy to receive the 2025 Distinguished Bankruptcy Student for the Eleventh Circuit.
