Sam handles cases in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, naturalization and removal defense. After beginning his career with SCHWARTZ POSEL Immigration Law Group as a paralegal in 2003, Sam decided to attend law school in 2011. Sam graduated as the valedictorian of Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2014 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2015. Sam has been a partner at SCHWARTZ POSEL Immigration Law Group since 2022. Sam is the immediate past Chair of the Georgia-Alabama Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves on the Chapter's Executive Committee Sam is a frequent speaker on immigration law. Originally from Ann Arbor, MI, Sam and his family currently make their home in Atlanta.
