Sean O’Donovan is an associate in the Atlanta office of Baker Donelson and a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group.  In addition to advising clients in insolvency matters and loan workouts, Sean regularly represents bank and non-bank lenders in connection with commercial finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow loans and private equity acquisition financings.
