Tiffini Duncan is the Managing Owner of Duncan Law Firm, LLC formed in 2006 in Augusta, GA.  The practice is limited to defending those charged with misdemeanor driving offenses, with a focus on DUI charges.  In her hometown of Augusta, she is known as "DUI Duncan".

Ms. Duncan attended the University of Arkansas, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science Cum Laude in 2002, and her J.D. degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2005. She attended law school on a full academic scholarship, served as a Member of the Arkansas Law Review, and graduated in the top 10% of her class.
