Mr. William H. Curtis

Will Curtis is an associate in the Charlotte office of Baker Donelson and a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. He represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate entities across the United States in insolvency matters and loan workouts. In addition to his work in insolvency and loan workouts, Will also represents banks and other financial institutions in a range of commercial finance matters, including first out last out lending arrangements, mezzanine lending, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and syndicated credit facilities.
