Michael L. Goldberg is a partner in the law firm of Fried Goldberg LLC and represents victimssuffering catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death throughout the Southeast, primarily in the areaoftrucking and commercial vehicle accidents. Michael was born in Augusta, Georgia and played for the Division I Basketball Team at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where he graduated with a B.S. in Political Science in 1994.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 1997. He has beenlead counsel for the plaintiff on 15 cases with verdicts in excess of a million dollars and is admitted topractice law in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. Peter A. Jeff has tried numerous cases to verdict and represented clients in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and Georgia Federal Courts as an Atlanta personal injury lawyer.

Joe Fried is considered by many to be the preeminent truck accident attorney in the country. L. Chris Stewart is the Managing Partner of Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys, a serious injury and wrongful death law firm. Dax Lopez is native of Ponce, Puerto Rico. Dax obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where he served as president of the Vanderbilt Bar Association and as an editor on the Vanderbilt Journal Transnational Law.
After graduation, Dax served as the law clerk for the Hon. Hector M. Laffitte in the Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Dax returned to Atlanta in 2002 and worked for three firms until 2010, Holland & Knight, LLP; Ashe, Rafuse & Hill; and Foltz & Martin LLC.
On August 10, 2010, Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue appointed Dax to the State Court of DeKalb County, where he presided over both criminal and civil matters for 11 years. Dax also presided over the only Spanish speaking DUI court in Georgia.
In 2021, Dax left the bench to join DelCampo Grayson Lopez, LLC where he handles wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases involving medical malpractice, trucking accidents, product liability, and premises liability.
Dax is a past president of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association and the Cooper Inn of Court. Kathy McArthur has over 40 years’ experience representing clients who have been severely injured or killed as the result of the negligence of others. Kathy is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Board Certified by NBOTA, and is a Past President of the Georgia Chapter of ABOTA and the William A. Bootle American Inn of Court. She has served as lead and co-counsel on numerous cases resulting in verdicts and recoveries for her clients in excess of $1 million. Kathy received the Professionalism Award in 2013 and the Traditions in Excellence Award in 2022, and has been designated by her peers as one of the Top 10 attorneys in the State of Georgia across all fields of law in 2018 – 2021. Mr. Simon has been practicing as a civil litigator since 1997. He spent 10 years defending insurance and trucking companies and has run his own Firm for remainder.
