Michael L. Goldberg is a partner in the law firm of Fried Goldberg LLC and represents victimssuffering catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death throughout the Southeast, primarily in the areaoftrucking and commercial vehicle accidents. Michael was born in Augusta, Georgia and played for the Division I Basketball Team at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where he graduated with a B.S. in Political Science in 1994.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 1997. He has beenlead counsel for the plaintiff on 15 cases with verdicts in excess of a million dollars and is admitted topractice law in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. Michael was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in October of 2013. Fellowshipinto the ACTL is extended by invitation only and is limited to less than 1% of the lawyer population.

Peter A. Pete is one of the very few lawyers in American history to have ever settled and collected $100,000,000.00 for a single case – a feat Pete has achieved on multiple occasions. Pete has been counsel for the Plaintiff in approximately 300 recoveries each exceeding one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), including approximately 60 separate recoveries exceeding five million dollars ($5,000,000.00), and more than 100 separate recoveries exceeding three million dollars ($3,000,000.00). In addition to trying cases, Pete regularly speaks at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminars nationwide.
When not practicing law, Pete enjoys traveling with his wife of 30 years, Agnes, and their five children, as well as attending to his farm. Further interests include cars, motorcycles, water sports, art, welding, and gardening.
Scott has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in Georgia and named a Rising Star and Super Lawyer by Atlanta Magazine and the Super Lawyers publication. Scott has also been identified as among Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine.
Scott grew up in Milton, Georgia, obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Emory University School of Law. Following law school Scott spent the first part of his career defending large corporations in high-stakes injury and death cases across the country. While Scott compiled trial victories on the defense side and rose through the ranks of one the largest law firms in the world, something was missing. Scott ultimately realized what was missing was service to people in need. Upon discovering that a change was necessary Scott sought out two of the top plaintiffs’ lawyers in the state, Jeff Shiver and Alan Hamilton, to transition to the plaintiffs’ side.
Since switching to the plaintiff’s side in 2013 Scott has continued to accumulate trial victories, including multiple years with top verdicts and the largest jury verdict ever in a motor vehicle spine surgery case in Georgia. Natalee Drummond-Fairley began her legal career in 2003 after graduating from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school Natalee was an associate editor of her Law Review, an intern to Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Benham, an intern to Federal District Court Judge Richard Story and an invited student member of the prestigious Bleckley Inn of Court.
Natalee began her career in big law as an associate at Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy (now Bryan Cave) before working as defense litigation and trial counsel for two of the largest insurance companies in the world. While working as defense counsel, Natalee gained a wealth of litigation and trial experience having tried over 100 cases in the Magistrate, State and Superior Courts of numerous Georgia counties including Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry, and Dougherty counties to name a few.
After almost a decade of practice and experience, Natalee founded the Fairley Firm, LLC, to focus on Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation in 2012. A 2000 graduate of Louisiana State University, Natalee enjoys cheering on her LSU Tigers in a multitude of sports -- especially football – and enjoys golfing, weight training and trying out new restaurants in the Atlanta area. She enjoys being a boy-mom to two very-busy sons and has been a member of Impact Church in Atlanta, Georgia for the past 14 years.
David Lefkowitz graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. and earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. The Lefkowitz Firm, LLC, represents individuals and corporations in their claims for legal malpractice (legal negligence) and similar claims such as breach of fiduciary duty, executor misconduct and ethical misconduct by attorneys and other fiduciaries. The firm also represents attorneys and law firms with regard to risk management and attorney’s fee disputes. Joe Fried is considered by many to be the preeminent truck accident attorney in the country.
