JEFFREY PAUL LUTZ is a partner and past litigation chair for Culhane Meadows, PLLC, where he practices out of their
Atlanta, Georgia office. Mr. Lutz resides in St. Simons Island, Georgia and maintains a local office there, as well. His
practice focuses on the representation of developers, contractors and design professionals in a myriad of constructionrelated
disputes, as well as commercial and corporate representation occurring in and around this dynamic.
Mr. Lutz is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and spent six years as a board member for the Atlanta Bar Association’s
Construction Law section. He is licensed to practice in the state and superior courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of
Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of
Georgia and Northern Districts of Florida and Alabama, as well as the U.S. District Court for the 11th Circuit.
For his many accomplishments, Mr. Lutz has repeatedly been named a Georgia Super Lawyer® “Rising Star” (under 40)
and Georgia Super Lawyer® (over 40) in Construction Law. He has also achieved a preeminent "AV" rating in ethics and
legal competency from his peers and Martindale-Hubbell®.
Mr. Lutz received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Georgia Southern University, and his law degree from the
Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He is a proud 12-year veteran of the U.S. Army (1st Ranger
Battalion) and the Georgia Army National Guard.

William E. Burnett is an associate in the construction law group of Smith, Gambrell, & Russell, LLP in their Atlanta office.

Mr. Burnett advises clients in the planning, design, and construction of industrial, energy, residential, and commercial projects throughout the country. Mr. Burnett assists clients in the review and negotiation of construction agreements. He prepares contract documents which are tailored to his client’s specific industry and requirements. He regularly drafts, reviews, and negotiates standard industry and custom prime contracts, subcontracts, construction and project management agreements, design agreements, and supplier agreements.

Mr. Burnett also counsels and supports clients with contract administration during the construction phase to ensure that projects finish on time, on budget, and with claims and disputes kept to a minimum. If disputes are unavoidable, he assists clients in their prompt resolution and is experienced in the mediation, arbitration, and litigation of complex construction matters involving multiple parties. Mr. Burnett has represented clients on disputes involving breach of contract claims, construction and design defects, delays and disruptions, bid protests, and construction securities.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Burnett spent nearly a decade at one of the country’s largest construction management firms, where he worked as a construction accounting professional on large, complex commercial and industrial projects. While there, he also gained experience in construction risk management, which he continues to apply today for the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Burnett received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University, and received his Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law, the State Bar of Georgia’s Construction Section, and the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Section, where he is a current Member-at-Large.

Glianny is a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group. She focuses her practice on partnering with clients to

business goals and protect a company’s culture. Her experience as a high-stakes employment and business litigator
have given her a full appreciation of the value, and cost, of human capital. As a result, Glianny’s employment law

Glianny routinely counsels national employers on a multitude of workplace issues, including wage and hour, worker

In addition to practicing law, Glianny is a business and community leader in the state of Georgia. She was one of the
forces behind the incorporation of the City of Brookhaven and has worked with numerous nonprofits serving various
industries. Glianny was a founder of the National Latina Business Women Association-Atlanta, has served as
president and chairperson of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association and has served on the boards of CredAbility Inc.
and the Latin American Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Latin American Association’s Advocacy
Committee and the State of Georgia’s Personnel Board. Glianny also regularly speaks at community events and

Gautam Reddy is a partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.  He focuses his practice on construction and infrastructure projects and government contracting. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the construction industry, including owners, EPC contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, both in the U.S. and internationally. His practice includes front-end contract drafting and negotiation, counseling clients during projects, and litigating cases in a variety of forums, including state and federal courts, domestic arbitration, international ICC arbitration, and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.

Mr. Reddy’s project experience has included large industrial mills and processing facilities, airports, hospitals, transportation infrastructure, pipelines, commercial developments, university facilities, and mining projects.

Mr. Reddy was recognized in 2021, 2022 and 2023 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Construction Law and Construction Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America®. Mr. Reddy received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his law degree from the Emory University School of Law.
