Ms. Davidson is a partner with the firm of Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson, LLP in Macon, Georgia. She has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1982. She was born April 12, 1957, in Savannah, Georgia. She attended Middle Georgia College and graduated with an AS in Political Science in 1977. She also graduated from the University of Georgia with BA in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude 1978 and the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University with a JD degree in 1982. She has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for all three District Courts of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America 2001. She is a past president of NOSSCR. She is the Chairperson of the Georgia ICLE program for Social Security. She has been a frequent guest lecturer at many NOSSCR, Georgia Bar, Alabama Bar and Florida Bar Social Security Programs.

After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, Allison received her JD from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta. Allison Affleck joined Affleck & Gordon in 2014. In 2019, Allison was made partner and leads the firm today alongside her law partner, Harry Brenner.

Harry Brenner has been with Affleck and Gordon since August of 2011. Harry is from Atlanta, GA, and attended the University of Georgia, obtaining his degree in political science. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina in May of 2011.

While in law school, Harry was a research editor for USC’s Real Property Trust and Estate Law Journal. Harry started at Affleck and Gordon as a paralegal until he passed the bar in February of 2012 when he became an associate at the firm. He has continued to maintain casework as well as hearings. Harry pursues cases in Social Security Disability/Supplemental Security Income.

In 2019, Harry was made partner and leads the firm today alongside Allison Affleck.

Harry has represented clients in over 1,500 social security and veterans' disability hearings. He works with his SSA clients on cases at the Initial, Reconsideration, Hearing, and Appeals Council levels of review. Harry works with veterans' cases from the initial filing and supplemental claims all the way to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Harry is diligent in putting the puzzle pieces together to ensure his clients get the benefits they deserve.

Harry enjoys meeting new clients in the Metro Atlanta area and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and Atlanta Bar Association. His enthusiasm and desire to help others are evident in the time spent maintaining the attorney-client relationship.

Harry lives in Atlanta with his wife Christie, and their daughter.

Sarah E. White Park is a partner at Westmoreland Patterson, Moseley, & Hinson, LLP in Macon, Ga.  She obtained her JD from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2005, and she lives in Macon with her husband Brannen Park and twin daughters Hadden and Mary Stuart. 

She earned her BA, magna cum laude, from University of Georgia in 2002. Bradley G. Pyles is a partner in the law firm of Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson.  He has been with the firm since 1993.  He is a native of Macon, Georgia, and attended the University of Georgia, obtaining his A.B.J. in 1990.  He received his J.D. cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law in 1993. 

For the last 30+ years, his practice has involved various areas of civil litigation. However, for the last 20+ years, he has primarily focused on representation of clients in regard to both individual and group (ERISA) short and long-term disability claims, disability retirement claims, and life insurance claims.  He also continues to practice in the area of Probate and Estate Law.  Over the years, Mr. Pyles has lectured on topics relating to Employee Benefits Law, as well as wills, trusts, and estates.  He is a member of the Employee Benefits section of the State Bar of Georgia.  He was awarded the AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. Pyles has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia; the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States Supreme Court; the Georgia Court of Appeals; and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Ms. Glimmerveen has been practicing since 2016. She is the mentoring chair for the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, committee chair for the YLD’s Advocates for Students with Disabilities committee, secretary for the Middle Georgia chapter of the Association of Women Lawyers, and a current member of the William Augustus Bootle American Inn of Court. She is a member of the Macon Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.

While there, she received the Cervantes Award, was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, and was a member of the Phi Sigma Iota and Phi Eta Sigma Honor Societies.

John V. Hogan began practicing Social Security law when employed by Niagara County (N.Y.) Legal Aid.  He was an Attorney Advisor in SSA’s Office of Hearings and Appeals from 1982 -1984, working first in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and then Atlanta, GA.  Since 1984 he has been in private practice in metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia, representing clients throughout the country.  He formerly served as Co-chair of the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Social Security section and served three terms on NOSSCR’s Board of Directors for the 11th Circuit.  Mr. Hogan was one of the first attorneys in the country representing disabled NFL players and was actively involved in improving their benefits, leading him to be appointed as Chair of the NFL Alumni Association’s Disability Advisory Committee in 2011. He has spoken at Sports Law Seminars at Duke Law School and Santa Clara Law School. He has also presented  at numerous NOSSCR conferences and the Georgia Bar’s Institute on Continuing Legal Education.

A Kelly Neal, Esq. is 56 years old and she was raised in Wrightsville, Georgia, but now calls Macon, Georgia, her home. 

As for her personal life, Ms. Neal enjoys exercising, hanging out at dog parks and cruising to new places around the world. She has a son with autism that is a 22 year old college student majoring in homeland security, and he is a member of the Georgia National Guard. Ms. Neal also has an 18 year old daughter with dyslexia that will be graduating from high school this year with hopes of starting a dog grooming business.

Ms. Neal graduated high school from Johnson County, Georgia in 1985 and she has a degree in business administration. She is a proud 2005 graduate of John Marshall Law School in Atlanta where she attended school at night while working full-time with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations. Ms. Neal continues to take nealy all of her continuing legal education in education related law and is a 2018 graduate of the William and Mary Law School’s Instute of Special Education Advocacy. She has participated in the Pacific Northwest Instutite of Special Education Law as well as the Special Education Symposium at Leigh University. She has a 20 year career with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations and she will be retiring in January 2024 to launch her own law firm handling disability and education cases.

Ms. Neal found her passion for eduction law after her son’s diagnosis of autism and later her daughter’s diagnosis of dyslexia. Her children were not getting the appropriate supports, accommodations, and services they needed to succeed academically. Ms. Neal knew things had to change when the only qualified attorneys she found in the area of education law represented school systems and not parents or students. 

Ms. Neal is a member of the Georgia Bar’s Advocates for Students with Disabilities Committee, Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), and GeorgiaCAN. She has hosted the Wrightslaw Special Education Law & Advocacy Conference in Georgia three times and volunteers with Georgia Legal Services Program representing students in education matters. Ms. Neal’s mission is to inform the public of their rights as it relates to education in Georgia so that public educaiton is better for everyone.

Cynthia is the Managing Attorney for the Dalton Regional Office of Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP). GLSP is a non-profit law firm with offices throughout Georgia that provides representation to low-income clients in civil cases. In 2017, Cynthia became the Program’s Health Law Specialist and in 2023 she was promoted to the Director of the Health Law Unit. She provides support to all GLSP offices on health law issues. Ms. Gibson received her J.D. from Emory University’s School of Law and has practiced in this field since 2000, with a focus on representing victims of domestic violence and seniors.

Catherine Salinas has been a United States Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Georgia since 2015.  A graduate of Emory University and the University of Texas School of Law, she began her legal career in 1994 at Texas Rural Legal Aid on the Mexican border.  Judge Salinas returned to Atlanta in 1999 and worked as a staff attorney at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, then as a Fulton County Public Defender, and then as a law clerk to United States District Judge Willis B. Hunt, Jr. Immediately prior to joining the judiciary, Judge Salinas was a shareholder at the national law firm Carlton Fields, where she worked for ten years as a commercial litigator.  Judge Salinas is a past president of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and currently serves a chair of the Access to Justice committee of the State Bar of Georgia.

Joe Boyd is originally from Macon, Georgia, where he continues to reside with his fiancée, Lauren, and their children, Hayes and Elizabeth. His eldest son, Joshua Boyd, is an attorney in Atlanta, Georgia, where he resides with his wife, Jordan, and Joe’s beloved grandchildren, Aurora and Theo.  Joe is the son of Bill and Marvalene Boyd. Bill was a columnist for the Macon Telegraph and is well known for his humorous depictions of people from the Middle Georgia area, and Marvalene worked for the Bibb County school system for more than 25 years. 

After a tour in the United States Marine Corp, Joe graduated in 1994 from Mercer University.  Joe earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Georgia College & State University. Joe taught high school seven years.  Having played baseball on the Mercer University team, Joe also coached football and baseball in both counties and led the Macon County Varsity Baseball team to their first regional championship in 25 years. For this accomplishment, Joe won the Coach of the Year award for that region as well as the All-Middle Georgia Coach of the Year Award. Joe graduated from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree, and he was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2004.

Joe was a partner at Reynolds, Horne & Survant exclusively managing Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation claims for fifteen years.  In his first trial, Joe had the distinction of obtaining a $1.1 million dollar verdict from a Fulton County jury for his clients. In 2013, Joe obtained a $4.5 million Workers’ Compensation settlement, which, at the time, was the largest Workers’ Compensation settlement in Georgia history.

Alexandra Eichenbaum currently serves as Georgia Legal Services Program’s (“GLSP”) Director of Attorney Recruitment & Deputy Director of Po Bono. In this role, Eichenbaum acts as GLSP’s leader on attorney recruitment efforts, manages the program’s strategic partnerships including large law firms, corporate legal departments, and law schools, assists with the implementation of GLSP’s pro bono transformation activities, and oversees the program’s law student initiatives.

Eichenbaum previously worked in GLSP’s Central Office as a Family Violence Staff Attorney assisting survivors of domestic violence navigating divorce and custody cases all across the state of Georgia. 
 
In addition to her experience at GLSP, Eichenbaum was the Senior Litigation Associate at Shaul Law, PC managing its litigation practice with a focus on family law, health care law, and employment law along with a robust pro bono practice. Eichenbaum also served as a federal law clerk for the Honorable Loren A. Smith of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington D.C.

(“Jake”) Larkins III was appointed a United States magistrate judge on January 19, 2016.  Judge Larkins was born in Athens, Georgia, and attended high school in Atlanta.  He graduated from Wake Forest University in 2000 and received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 2003.  From 2003 to 2005 he clerked for United States District Judge Harold L. Sharnell Simon is a fifth-year associate at Jones Day, where she conducts investigations, advises on cybersecurity and data privacy matters, and litigates a wide variety of issues in courts around the country. Sharnell earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Spelman College and earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 2019. During law school, she participated in the GSU Law Review, Moot Court, Black Law Students Association, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.  Sharnell maintains an active pro bono practice, which involves assisting survivors of human trafficking receive post-conviction relief, volunteering with the Georgia Justice Project to help clients complete their pardon applications, and representing clients in various immigration matters. Elizabeth Horton is an associate in Fennemore Craig’s Business Litigation practice group who works out of our Denver office. Her experience includes litigating complex cases at both the initial trial level and on appeal to the Fourth Circuit. 
Elizabeth gained invaluable experience litigating claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), Section 504, Title IX, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”). She has also represented clients at hearings before the Social Security Administration as well as at local school IEP meetings. In addition, Elizabeth has significant experience reviewing internal institutional policies and collaborating with medical professionals to ascertain the strength of clients’ claims. Her strong legal research and writing skills have persuaded both administrative and federal courts to accept her clients’ novel arguments. Finally, due to Elizabeth’s attention to detail and strong negotiation skills, the majority of her cases have been positively resolved for clients.
Raised in Georgia by a Canadian and a New Yorker, Elizabeth learned early in her life about the importance of service – and so, a career as an attorney became a natural progression. In her practice, she loves providing service to others, and aggressively representing her clients. Elizabeth looks at every case as a complex puzzle to solve, utilizing writing, research and advocacy in her broad repertoire of legal tools.
